Change of the default email address or the mobile phone number to be used for iVOICEMAIL ON MOBILE service, HK$20 each time will apply.
Terms and Conditions
- The iVOICEMAIL service is only applicable to customers who have successfully applied for DIGITAL HOMELINE service.
- Customers who subscribe to DIGITAL HOMELINE service
can enjoy iVOICEMAIL service for FREE for 6 months.
Customers are entitled to 3 one-minute iVOICEMAIL
messages for FREE, and each of which can be stored
in the voicemail box for a maximum of 3 days. Customers
can retrieve their voice messages through our Messaging
Center 2112-1288 and their designated email account.
Starting from the 7th month of the contract period
of the DIGITAL HOMELINE service, customers will be
automatically registered for the iVOICEMAIL -10 service
at HK$12 per month, this package includes 10 one-minute
messages, and each of which can be saved in the voicemail
box for a maximum of 3 days. If the customers wish
to change or terminate the iVOICEMAIL -10 service,
customers should provide at least 30-day notice by
calling i-CABLE 24-Hour Hotline 2112-1133. The voicemail
box and designated email account will stop receiving
new voice messages once the voicemail box in the system
is full. Customers cannot receive voice messages through
email if an email address could not be provided by
the customer upon registration.
- Message receiving date and time for iVOICEMAIL service shall be based on i-CABLE records and such calculation shall be final and conclusive. All charges will be calculated on a monthly basis, and will be charged in monthly intervals as shown in i-CABLE monthly statements.
- Customers are responsible for all their email account charges. i-CABLE bears no responsibility for any delay or failure of voice messages transmission caused by the operation of the customers' email accounts.
- Each iVOICEMAIL message is up to one-minute, and can be saved in the voicemail box for a maximum of 3 days. All voice messages saved in the voicemail box will be deleted automatically after 3 days. The voicemail box and designated email account will stop receiving new voice messages once the voicemail box in the system is full.
- Customers who wish to subscribe to iVOICEMAIL ON MOBILE service must have first subscribed to both DIGITAL HOMELINE and iVOICEMAIL service, and each account can only apply for one iVOICEMAIL ON MOBILE service. The iVOICEMAIL ON MOBILE service will be terminated in case the customer terminates the DIGITAL HOMELINE and / or iVOICEMAIL service subscription. Customers' mobile phone should be equipped with call divert function for diversion of calls to the designated number assigned by i-CABLE.
- If customer wants to change or terminate the above
services, customers should provide at least 30-day
notice by calling i-CABLE 24-Hour Hotline 2112-1133.
The above is provided subject to i-CABLE General Terms & Conditions of Service and applicable Tariff as published and amended from time to time. If there is any dispute, the decision of i-CABLE shall be final and conclusive.
