1. Business Dial-up Service Plan must be registered in the name of a company.
2. Payment can be settled by credit card, company cheque or cash. Please attached a copy of valid Hong Kong Business Registration (BR).
3. The number of affiliated user of each Business Internet Dial-up Plan application is unlimited. The contact person on the application form will be assigned as the Administrator, who acts to change all the information specified in the form and in-charge of other functions such as adding/removing users, account termination and etc. It is the Administrator 's sole responsibility to bear all the charges, including other users', incurred in this account.
4. To add affiliated users, please fill in the Supplementary Form.
