¹ Subscriber of Yearly Plan and Easy Payment Plan is required to commit to subscribe i-CABLE Broadband Service ("Service") for 12 consecutive months ("Commitment Period"). Your entitlements to the promotion benefits are offered conditional upon and subject to your continuous use of the Service for the Commitment Period. If you terminate your subscription or change your service plan during any Commitment Period, all Service under the promotion plan will be forthwith terminated and CATV shall charge and debit to your account a service termination fee equal to total service fees for the unexpired Commitment Period and your entitlement to the promotion benefits named herein will be absolutely forfeited. CATV further reserves the right to recover from you all the promotion benefits provided or credited to your account prior to termination. All prepayments are not refundable or transferable. Upon the expiry of the Commitment Period, the Service will be automatically renewed from month to month at the then prevailing rate for the Service. Should you wish to terminate your subscription or change your service or payment plan during the renewed term, you must give CATV not less than 30 days' prior notice in writing and the service will be terminated effective after 30 days' prior notice. Any notice of termination, to be effective, must be given in the prescribed form and shall not be served earlier than the last two months of the Commitment Period.
